What we collect, and when

We collect information only when you type it into a form on this site — the estimate request, the cost calculator and the contact form. Depending on the form, that is your name, phone number, email address, street address, city, state and ZIP code, the service you are asking about, and anything you write in the message box.

We do not ask for and never want a payment card number, a bank detail or a Social Security number. Do not send one.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you and to schedule your free inspection. Nothing else.

Your submission goes into ProLine, the scheduling and customer system we run the company on, so the right person can call you back. That is the only place it is sent.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone who wants to advertise to you. We share it only with people who need it to do the work on your roof — our own crews, and where a job requires it, the manufacturer whose warranty we are registering in your name or your insurance company. We will also hand it over if the law requires it.

Calls and texts

Giving us your phone number means you are happy for us to call or text you about the roof you asked about. Reply STOP to a text and we stop texting. Standard message rates from your carrier may apply.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not run advertising trackers and does not follow you around the internet. If we add measurement later — to see which pages people find useful — this page will say so before it goes on.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests stay in ProLine as part of our customer records. A roof lasts decades and the paperwork should outlast the warranty.

Seeing it or deleting it

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Call {PHONE} or email {EMAIL}. No form to fill in.

Children

This site is for people hiring a roofer. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from one.

Other people’s websites

Where we link out — to a shingle manufacturer, or to our reviews on Google — that company’s own privacy policy applies once you leave this site.

Changes

If this policy changes we will change the date below. We will not make a change quietly and hope you do not notice.
