Offices, retail, churches, schools and warehouses across the Wasatch Front. Single-ply, modified bitumen, metal and tile — specified for the building rather than for whatever is on the truck.

Specified for the building, not for the truck

Single-ply TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal and tile all solve different problems. What belongs on your building depends on the deck, the slope, the traffic it takes, what is mounted on it and how long you intend to own it. We survey it before we recommend anything.

Working around your hours

Most commercial work can be sequenced so the disruptive part happens when the building is quiet. We have done schools over breaks, retail overnight and churches midweek. Tell us the constraint and we will build the schedule around it rather than the other way round.

Surveys and budget planning

If you own or manage several buildings, the useful thing is usually not a quote — it is knowing which roof needs money this year and which one has five years left. We will walk them and give you that list.

What that includes
  • Single-ply TPO, EPDM and PVC
  • Modified bitumen and built-up
  • Roof asset surveys and budget planning
  • Maintenance programs
  • Work sequenced around your operating hours

Every roof we touch

The Parts That Decide Whether It Lasts

Underlayment

Ice and water shield at the eaves and valleys, synthetic across the field.

Flashing

Walls, chimneys, skylights and vents. This is where roofs actually leak.

Ventilation

Balanced intake and exhaust, or the attic cooks the roof from underneath.

The deck

We look at what is under the old roof before we build on it.

Common questions

About Commercial Roofing

Can you patch it instead of replacing it?

Frequently, yes. A membrane roof with sound insulation and a handful of failed seams is a repair, not a replacement. We will say so.

Do you handle roof-mounted equipment?

Yes — curbs, penetrations and the flashing around HVAC units are where most commercial roofs actually leak, and they get detailed properly rather than smeared with sealant.

Free, no obligation

Find Out What Your Roof Actually Needs.

We will look at it, photograph what we find, and tell you straight whether you need a roof this year or in five. No charge either way.
